Who operates AQUA

AQUA is operated by Beijing Haixin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (北京海新智能科技有限公司), based in China. The English company name is a translation; the Chinese name identifies the legal entity. Contact lumengfan@haidian.ai about privacy or support.

Your aquarium stays in your browser

The extension saves fish and names, eggs, care and growth timing, resources, collection, settings, appearance, exploration, and minigame progress in the local storage of your browser profile. Recovery snapshots and earlier-version backups may also remain there. Current game code does not upload this aquarium data to us.

The extension requests storage and side-panel permissions. It does not request access to browsing history, webpage content, browser account details, or payment-card data. The current player build has no game account, cloud saves, advertising SDK or gameplay analytics SDK.

Backups and deletion on your device

Export creates a JSON backup file on your device. Import reads only the file you select; these actions do not upload the file. A backup can contain fish names and game progress, so share it only when you intend to.

Changing a name or replacing a save does not erase old recovery snapshots. There is currently no in-game erase-all button. Remove extension data through your browser’s controls or uninstall the extension to clear its browser-profile storage. Separately delete any downloaded backups you no longer want. Chrome and Edge keep separate local saves; there is no automatic cloud synchronization.

Website hosting and technical information

This product website and its payment price-preview page are hosted on Cloudflare. Serving pages and keeping the service secure involves technical request information such as IP address, browser information, request time and requested URL. Cloudflare may maintain security or operational logs and necessary cookies under its policies.

We do not add advertising or gameplay analytics to the product and policy pages. Visiting this website does not create an AQUA game account. Our payment code does not send a browser account or local aquarium save to Paddle.

Paddle price preview and future purchases

Opening /pay loads Paddle.js from Paddle and requests a localized price for one Full game licence. This happens even while the purchase button is disabled. Paddle receives the information needed for those connections and price localization, including technical connection information and the price and quantity requested. Our current page does not send fish, game saves, a customer email or a browser account to Paddle.

Paddle’s own privacy policy explains its processing, cookies and security technology. Purchases, payment records and purchase restoration are not enabled in this version. We will update this policy before introducing new account or purchase-verification processing. We do not receive card information through the extension.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate issues. Our mail provider processes the correspondence to deliver that service. You can send the version and browser details without sending your save.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information. We do not automatically receive the diagnostic text you copy in the game.

Purpose, sharing and retention

We use information to provide the pages you request, protect the service, and respond to support or privacy requests. Where applicable, this relies on providing the requested service, legitimate interests in security and support, legal obligations, or consent where it is required. We do not sell aquarium data or use it for advertising.

Local saves remain until removed from your browser, and downloaded backups remain until you delete them. We keep correspondence only as needed to resolve the request, maintain a relevant record or comply with applicable obligations. Hosting and payment providers control the retention of their own operational records. Contact us about a specific record or deletion request.

Our operator is in China. Hosting, email and payment services may process information in other countries. Their policies describe their respective processing. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights; we do not promise that all service-provider records are stored in one country.

Your choices and privacy requests

Email lumengfan@haidian.ai to ask about information we hold, correction, deletion, access or a copy. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing, withdraw consent or complain to a privacy authority. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. We cannot remotely access or erase a save held only on your device.

If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can review it and remove information where appropriate. We do not ask for a date of birth in the game. Material changes to our handling of personal information will be reflected here with an updated date.
