These terms describe AQUA, its current availability and the intended one-time Full game offering. Nothing on this site opens a preorder or takes payment.

Operator and contact
AQUA is provided by Beijing Haixin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., an English translation of the Chinese legal name 北京海新智能科技有限公司. The operator is based in China. Contact: lumengfan@haidian.ai.
Current availability
AQUA is in development. Chrome and Edge extension distribution, verified purchase activation and restoration are still being prepared. No public store listing or completed paid delivery is represented by this review site. The price-preview page cannot accept an order.
AQUA is designed for desktop browser side panels. The current Chrome build requires Chrome 116 or later. Edge support depends on a compatible desktop version with side-panel support and the applicable store release. There is no mobile app or browser-playable web edition here.
Free demo and Full game
The demo has no time expiry for its available content. It includes the core care, breeding, hatching and growth loop, the main tank and Nursery, the Reef Mix minigame, local backups, and its initial collection.
The current content split is 13 fish, one waterway, two landscapes and eight decorations in the demo; 72 fish, six waterways, eight landscapes and 18 decorations in Full game. Full totals include demo content. Content continues to be discovered or unlocked through play; a licence does not instantly award every item.
The intended sale is one Full game licence for a one-time payment. It is not a subscription. We do not offer paid fish-food refills, currency packs, individual random draws or odds boosts through this offer. In-game currency and randomly discovered fish are gameplay content, not cash prizes or redeemable assets.
Licence and use
Use AQUA for your own personal entertainment on supported browsers. Ownership of the software, artwork and brand remains with the operator or their respective rights holders. A purchase does not transfer intellectual-property ownership.
Do not redistribute paid copies or access credentials, misrepresent purchases, interfere with the service, or use the software unlawfully. Rights permitted by applicable law remain unaffected. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, involve a parent or guardian before entering an agreement.
Price, payment and delivery when sales open
The configured base price is USD 9.99, with country-specific catalogue prices of GBP 7.99 for the UK, EUR 9.99 for Ireland and AUD 14.99 for Australia. These are catalogue reference amounts, not a binding quote for every visitor. Paddle will show the applicable currency, taxes and final total before a future purchase.
When enabled, orders will be sold and processed through our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Paddle’s Buyer Terms and refund rules apply to its transaction. AQUA is responsible for the software and product support.
The planned delivery is verified Full game access in the extension, keeping the existing local aquarium. This is not operational yet. We will explain activation, supported sales channels and restoration before accepting payment. A visit to a success URL or a local save file is not proof of purchase. Cross-browser purchase restoration is not currently available.
This offer does not promise every future expansion or a different product. We will identify the supported release and its included content at the time of sale.
Local progress and updates
Saves are stored in your browser profile. Export a backup before removing the extension, clearing browser data or moving devices. There is no cloud backup or automatic Chrome–Edge synchronization. We cannot recover a local-only save that you and your browser no longer hold.
Development features and balance may change before release. Updates may require a supported browser. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every device. This does not remove mandatory remedies for faulty or misdescribed products.
Refunds, privacy and mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Paddle’s transaction terms apply to its role as seller; these product terms do not override your mandatory rights. Contact us first if something is unclear or an issue needs resolving.
